1) Always change it up! See if you keep doing the same workout, eventually you will stop losing weight. So mix it up and try a new workout every week or so to keep in shape!
2) Visual workout. This is my personal favorite because it makes working out more fun! What you do is take two cups and on the first write Daily Workout then on the second one write Done! Then you take a TON of Popsicle sticks and on each one, put a little workout move on it. For example: 50 crunches or 20 diamond push ups. Be creative and surprise yourself. When you workout, pull out a stick at random from the Daily Workout, do the move, and then stick it in the Done cup!
3) 30 Day Challenge. A fitness based 30 Day Challenge is great if you want to focus on a specific muscle to get stronger. Also after doing something for 30 days, it usually becomes a habit. So if you start working out daily and it becomes a habit, you'll be in top shape in no time!
